Shipping and return

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package.

All the e-shop orders are shipped via DHL Express.

A delivery by courier in Paris is possible, please reach out for us at hello@marielichtenberg.com so we can arrange it at your convenience.

Here our are delivery fees : 

France : 22€ (free over 400€)

Europe : 30€ (free over 400€)

Outside of Europe : 45€ (free over 600€)

USA : 50$ (free over 700$)

For an order placed with a delivery in the USA, please kindly note that the price paid on our e-shop is the final price. We cover every taxes and import duties due by DHL upon reception of the parcel. 

During the parcel's transit, you might be contacted by DHL to provide some information required by the US Customs, for the clearance of the parcel, but you will not have to pay any additional fee.

You have 14 days upon reception of your order to return the pieces to us for a refund or a credit note.

Any exchange or refund request must be sent by email to hello@marielichtenberg.com. You must indicate your name, phone number, order number and the reason for the return.

We will send you an email with the return postal address. You must return each item complete (packaging and accessories), in its initial condition and in its original packaging included in the package. For more information, we invite you to read our Terms & Conditions.

MARIE LICHTENBERG does not assume responsibility for refund or compensation in the event that any returned package is lost, stolen or mishandled.

If you wish to exchange the piece you purchased, you may kindly contact us at hello@marielichtenberg.com and we will be glad to assist you for this exchange within 14 days after reception of the initial order.

You will receive an email/text to let you know once your refund has been processed, within 7 business days after order has been returned.

Please note that for an order paid with a credit note, the refund will also take the form of a credit note.
